About
Tingting Gu earned her Ph.D. in Geology through a joint program between the Carnegie Institution for Science and Peking University, after completing a B.S. in Gemology at the China University of Geosciences (Beijing). She then pursued her geoscience study at Yale University, HPSTAR, and Gemological Institute of America. Dr. Gu joined the faculty of Purdue University in the department of Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences (EAPS) as an adjunct assistant professor in 2021.
